What the service is
InstantOn Concierge identifies the utility providers for your address and gives you their contact details and steps in writing; compares and orders internet, TV and mobile service on your behalf where the provider allows it; and sells and installs home security systems through our sister company, Nuvii Smart Home. The service costs you nothing.
What it isn't
We don't open utility accounts for you. Utility companies require the account holder to start service directly, and you are responsible for doing so and for any deposits or fees they charge. We are not responsible for a provider's pricing, availability, installation dates, or service quality.
How we're paid
Internet, TV, mobile and security providers pay us a commission when you sign up through us. We tell you this on the call. You are never obligated to choose any provider.

Security systems
Any security system purchase is a separate agreement with Nuvii Smart Home and the monitoring provider, with its own terms, term length and pricing, all given to you in writing before you sign.
